Central Marketing Associates, was founded in 1970 in Delaware, Ohio and focused strictly on produce brokerage. As time went on and customers needed customization, CMA added freight and merchandise to the list of services. CMA has always worked with the best and most reputable transportation companies to haul produce for our customers. The truck brokerage division was added in 2001 and grew rapidly. CMA began to realize that in order to offer a range of full services to our customers, some changes were needed.

In response to the growing number of freight customers, a sister company, Central Marketing Transport, was opened in 2003. CMT is designed to assist our customers with all their transportation needs, and allow CMA to become a true full service provider.

Both companies are asset based and family owned. This allows our customers the feel of a small company that has big company resources and stability.
